01 / Our story
It started in a garage with one truck and one rule.
In late 2005, after years learning every side of the trade from two mentors who had run their own HVAC business for thirty years, the owner decided to go out on his own to serve Tempe and the surrounding areas.
In 2006, working out of the garage with a single service truck and a couple of key contacts, the business began, built around one philosophy: honest, dependable, on-time service. By 2007 the customer base had grown enough to bring on the first two employees and a second truck.
In 2010 came the first commercial office, then a building of its own. Today Child Air employs a staff of six, including the owner, an office manager, and four well-trained technicians, still running on that same rule.
2005
Years of mentorship and the equivalent of a five-year apprenticeship lead to the decision to start a company serving Tempe.
2006
Child Air opens out of a home garage with one service truck and a handful of key contacts.
2007
The first two employees join and a second truck goes on the road.
2010
The business moves into its first commercial office, later purchasing a building of its own.
Today
A staff of six, completed work for FOX 10, Leisure World, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Edward Jones, and a reputation for honesty across the Valley.
